We just went here 1st time tonight. We are locals that had something to celebrate. What a disappointment. It was packed at around 5.30 pm but that was expected. Hostess girls were nice, found us a table outside and warned us about how cold it gets since we are locals. No one came for at least 7-10 minutes to take even our drink order so we had plenty of time to choose our meals. We are non-alcohol drinkers so I had not much to choose from but water and ice tea. The glasses were filthy, so 1 sip of water and I was done. The menu barely has dinner options, mostly pizza and sandwiches but we chose grouper trooper. It was amazing, however, the side of pesto red potatoes was terrible. There was no pesto in it, just oil with bunch of garlic, no pine nuts. The waiter said something about it but offered to bring a side of pesto. It was green this time but still mostly oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, no pine nuts and a little basil. I let him know that it's still doesn't taste like pesto. Then someone showed up at our table while I was chewing my food. No uniform, badge, not even introduced himself. He just asked if we loved the dinner. I almost choked. Very rude. I witnessed something similar happened to the other table too but with another person who claimed she is a manager. Very rude to just show up like that while guest is eating, with no introduction nor apology for interrupting. I let him know that grooper was to die for but "pesto" wasn't the pesto. He even added that there are almonds instead of pine nuts in it, which is not stated in the menu. It's misleading by just stating "pesto". What if I was allergic to almonds? The "pesto" potatoes were aweful but he didn't seem to care. Our waiter didn't either, never asked how was it overal. He was not attending to us much at all after the meal arrived. Upon declining the desert options he laughed inappropriately loud about it and walked away. So $100+ later with no alcohol in the bill we just had less than good experience. I felt very entitled energy, like it is expected to be charged such high prices for modiocre and rather rude service and misleading...

Superb experience from start to finish! We got there early for lunch, about 11:20am, so there was plenty of parking. However, there is also overflow parking across the street. We were greeted enthusiastically by the charming host who promptly seated us outside (our choice) at a table that overlooked both the Marina and Bight with beautiful landscaping surrounding us. 3 outdoor fans were spinning at a comfortable speed above us successfully keeping the heat at bay. The waitress promptly provided us with a cold bottle of water for the table which we poured in the nautical blue glasses which matched the sharing plates already placed on the table... Nice touch! There are plenty of choices on the menu, including a great selection of local draft beers (blueberry wheat, hazy IPA) and craft beers... All served quickly and cold considering it was 90 degrees and very humid. We all ordered sandwiches which all came with a side... I ordered the Cubano (only because I have not had one in a while), my friend ordered the Reuben and my other friend ordered the fried Grouper. They were all delivered quickly and presented tastefully... and tasted great! Our server, Amber, was passionate, friendly and was able to answer all of our questions from food recommendations to "what kind of tree is that?" Lastly, the restaurant itself has a charming upscale nautical feel with potted plants and lanterns adorning the outdoor steps and wood planking, blue walls with white trim accenting the outdoor space. Once the weather cools, you can see that the doors will slide open creating the ultimate in al fresco Florida dining. Since we live within biking distance, I can see this becoming a new favorite dining destination! Highly recommend for an all around superb dining experience! Can't wait to come back and...

We have been several times and food has been good, except for this time.Ordered a burger medium, and came well done. No pinkish center at all and the outside was black and crunchy. The table next to us ordered a burger very well done so I think the kitchen combined the request. It was very dry, not juicy at all , and it was prime beef so I was looking forward to having juice drip down my fingers. Also ordered sauteed mushrooms and onions. Both were 1.50 each. It had about a teaspoon of each, and they weren't really sauteed as much as steamed? When I took a bite, the toppings were so sparse that none fell onto the plate. They weren't browned or cooked in oil, they were softened, like they added water to cook them. Very disappointed with this item. I really love burgers and the messy ones are the best. This one was below average unfortunately. The service and atmosphere is always spectacular. Sabrina was a really great, personable server. Edit -The ONE thing that really upsets me. I have 3 dogs, 2 in a stroller, 1 on a leash. They are really goid with holding doors open for you while you enter. but upon leaving they could care less. I was by myself, opening the door while one dog walked in front on her leash, I had to pivot my stroller carrying the other 2 over the threshold, all while someone sat at the front desk watching me struggle. When I commented that they were not very accommodating, she said " I wasn't aware you needed help". I was right in front of her face exiting the building!!! I said I shouldn't have to ask for help exiting, they should offer. POOR service from some staff, my server was great! Yeah, pretend we don't see you, therefore you...

Okay, so this will be a little long-winded and I know that most of us don’t read past the first few lines, because our brain size has shrunk from evolution, but you can scroll to the bottom for the TLDR. High Tide’s (as I call it) is a legit spot. Their food is good, especially if you like food that doesn’t taste like everything else. They have a great menu and their specials are always on point. I sit at the bar, 99% of the time, because that’s just what I do. The bartenders are all great. Michael W. is there a lot of the time and he’s legit. Shelby, even though she busts my chops, has never done me wrong. Every once in a while, I come up here to get the prime rib - it’s fire. Note: if you eat the whole thing, just understand that you’re going to bed afterwards. The shrimp and grits is legit, too. Just order anything. I’m not going to tell you how to live your life - you’re an adult. Here’s what I’ll say: go give the place a try. If you’re looking for a basic b**** grouper Sammy, I get it, but this ain’t the place. They actually care about their food. There’s a time/place for basic coastal florida food - this isn’t that place. Take your parents here, take a date here, plan a party here after it took you 7 years to finish college. But, also, come here a couple times a week for a good time, good food, stiff drinks, great location. Now for my TLDR, for all the people who struggle to read more than 11 words in sequence: TLDR: give this place a try. Food = good. Service = good. Drinks = good. *Pic: already ate my food. Sorry. Here’s my drink.

Hi everyone. I got a recommendation from my brother to go to this place to celebrate my 19th weeding anniversary. I got online and really got curious about the menu and the environment so I took the opportunity to go there and celebrate my anniversary. It was a Tuesday so I didn’t expect to much waiting time. I have to say I was welcome and got a nice place outside facing the marine and the hotel view. This is what I was looking for. Then I got introduced to my server, Amber, who was really happy to know my celebration and gave us food and drinks recommendations. The menu was plenty of great options from appetizers, salads, pizzas, sandwiches and main dishes. We started the event with some refreshing drinks. Berry my Coconut Rita and I got the blue jellyfish, vodka and Pinot noir floater. For the main food, We got pizzas since they are uniques. There is no place where you are going to find these gourmet pizzas. I choose the mushroom pizza and my wife the prime beef one. Excellent choices. I even got something extra for next day, LOL. For dessert. We got a cheese cake, uhmmm, delicious. Again, Amber, our server was always checking on us about the food and if we needed something, She was dedicated to give us a nice experience for our celebration. I really thanks her for her service. Definitely I will come back again to try some of the delicious options and drinks included on the menu. Hope this review helps you to get a good picture of the great place High Tide Social House is. 👍🏽👍🏽
