if your looking for a straight deal don't go to slumber-land they don't back or stand by their items being sold. i had their tech which works for pro solutions another shady business employed by them to service their chairs , came to my house after 7 sittings in the chair , he told me it was a sixty dollar chair and proceeded to point out every-flaw he was flabbergasted that i paid 353.00 for a sixty dollar chair . Connie ray a sweet older lady told me this chair would be perfect for my girlfriend hips problems within seven seating in the chair it had sagged on the sides of the but plate they proceeded to tell me she couldnt sit that way , and then i called the store and they said call pro solutions so i did the manger at solutions told me he'd resolve the issue that he'd call back i waited he never called so i called again at first not angry then two different representatives from their company told me that the issue would be resolved and sent to another manager, she proceeded to tell me i was a lair, and when asked why they wouldn't stand by their products her answer was basically we don't have too. now for something that supposed to last years only as a thirty day warranty i said its didn't even last a week , very rudely told me to call slumber-land so i did after she refused to let me to talk the her supervisor. slumber-land stands by their warranty saying the boss wasn't in. saying to bad we got your money deal with it .my family has spent thousands there and will never return. so if your looking for good furniture do not trust slumber-land or Connie or pro solutions thank again slumber-land keep...
Read moreI would like to share my phenomenal experience at slumberland in Cape Girardeau Missouri. Kay Deimund was the woman who went truly above and beyond for us. I desperately needed a new couch and seating before my family visited for Christmas 2021. With my work schedule being very busy, I didn’t have any time to shop for anything until the Sunday evening before Christmas. My partner and I showed up 15 minutes before the store’s closing time, it was the only place open. We live about 45 minutes away and I told her that if we needed to come back, we totally could, but Kay welcomed us in with open arms. She stayed there for hours after closing to find something that we were happy with and that we could get in before Christmas which was incredibly difficult being last minute.(btw I hope no one reads that and thinks they can do that to her anytime they want) anyway… the pillows that went with the set I finally picked out didn’t match the rest of my house so I’m not kidding when I say this, she offered to GIVE me some pillows from her own home that she knew would be perfect! I seriously couldn’t believe the dedication and knowledge she had for her job. To find an employee that kind, hard-working, and proud of her job is so difficult these days so whoever her boss is needs to give this beautiful woman a huge raise, just saying! Now Because of my wonderful experience there, I will never go anywhere else to buy mattresses or furniture! Thanks again Kay!! You are a complete life saver & I feel blessed to know you. Read moreI am very disappointed with the Cape Girardeau MO Slumberland. We have bought as well as our family, several pieces of furniture from them. We went to get our furniture to get it home and find the tv console and loveseat was defected. We were also lead to believe our furniture would all be available before Christmas except for the loveseat, which would be available mid January....after ordering towards the beginning of November. We were called and told our loveseat was in early. We went to pick it up as well as all of our other furniture. The loveseat was not in a box like the rest of the furniture. Got it home and the loveseat has a slit in it, tv console defective. I was offered $50 for the loveseat as a discount and they said they would reorder the tv console. I should have had a discount from the get go, as I didn't pay for used furniture that went to someone else. $50, really? Then we were told they would deliver the new console for $98. Really? My husband has to load up the console and bring it back to you for your error? Ridiculous!!! This is all going back tomorrow for a full refund and we will not be back! Our friends and family will also be aware. We were offered $100 finally for the loveseat being used/defective who knows what and then we would still be out the hassle of loading up the console and driving an hour again just because you do not believe in customer service or stand behind your product? After we waited 6 weeks?? So basically we are still out extra time and money for their errors and not compensated if we chose to have...
