Vapor Maven — Local services in Cape Girardeau

I have visited this store over a dozen times now, each time swearing it will be the last. I love Vapor Mavens because they generally have a decent selection and great loyalty program for discounts. This specific store is so awful. First off, the customer service. They only have one employee that doesn’t make me feel like I am bothering them when I come in to shop….and he is rarely there when I am. They are, most of the time, a 24 hour store but on numerous occasions, I have driven all the way up there only to find them close during advertised “open” hours. Over the past several months, they go weeks at a time with little to no inventory and when they do get a truck in, it takes three days for anyone to get around to putting it on the shelves. Obviously it’s a staffing issue but I don’t care to shop here much less work with the employee(s) that actually shows up to work. This store is the only vape store in Cape Girardeau open 24 hours and has the potential to be an awesome, profitable store but it needs a total overhaul, in my opinion. Would not recommend unless you don’t mind being treated like a stray dog as you spend your hard earned money. Also, there is now a sign that says ‘Absolutely no cell phones allowed in store or you will be asked to leave’ so I can’t use tap to pay anymore. Ridiculous. Not sure how it even stays in business. Edit: The customer service has drastically improved since I wrote this review but I would still call before driving to the store as they do still close over night for staffing shortages.

Worst customer service. Literally feel like I am bothering them every time I visit. Usually love Vapor Mavens but this one has a couple really rotten apples. Only visit if it is 3am and my only option, even then the store might be open and might not even though it says...

I needed vape juice and the guy yells were closed the second I walk in the unlocked door I see several signs stating 24/7 I checked online before going I drove 30 minutes out of the way to get what I needed just to go home empty handed and now I gotta make a second trip back to a potentially closed store since 24/7 apparently closes before 10pm there’s no signs stating they are closed when they will be back ect this is not good business you lost a minimum amount of about 20 sales. If you don’t have the people to stay open you should post it up that your not 24/7 on weekends instead of leaving false information I am not going to go back a 3rd time (I went the following morning and still not open that was @ 9am ) went to a business that has correct hours and I could rely on being open when they say they are 24/7 doesn’t mean when you...

I went in today just to get one coil. I was welcomed into the store but it went down from there. I go up to the front, tell the man what coil I wanted and he asked if I wanted the whole box and I said. "just one." He says to me sarcasticly "great choice." I ignore it, pay for the coil and tell him "thank you have a good day" he says "I can't" all rude like. I was leaving and a nice gentleman (another customer) held the door open for me and when I was walking out I could hear him complain about having another customer.... He honestly makes me not want to go to Vapor Maven anymore. I gave a three star because I have never had an issue with any of the staff or anything until now... but that boy working deserves a 1 star for...
