Honestly great selection, but for some reason their credit machine doesn't work right and they had to charge me twice and put a full additional payment of the original sum of money on a 10 day hold from my account, money I needed. I talked to the manager the next day because I was told the hold would last only a day, but saw it was still on there, and she told me their machine just does that on the weekends sometimes and that it actually takes about three days to receive a refund. She honestly did not sound very confident and seemed flustered. Right after the call I looked at my account and saw it said the money was on a 10 day hold! I called her again, and she did assure me that it usually does not take 10 days and that I can call my bank, but I can't really get a hold of the bank on a Sunday which proves very frustrating because now I have to wait to find out when my money will be refunded. So I would avoid this place if you want to pay with your phone or card. It's sad because I really wanted to leave a good review and go there again to make a purchase because their selection is so good, but their card payments turned into such a hassle. I honestly would just go to Childish on Soquel Ave. Same kind of selection, better card payments. I used to go here every year for my homeschooling supplies, unfortunately I won't ever again. The staff is discriminatory and harassing. Myself and many other moms have been harassed in this place by staff for not masking regardless of exemptions status. They chase you through the store to make you comply til you get fed up and leave, not to mention they chased my children around too. They tried to offer after hours shopping like I'm a leper no thank you and after talking to many other moms that have had the same terrible harassing experience I will never go...

A darling wonderful toy store. I’ve shopped there twice and was impressed with the great and eager help I received while buying toys there. They also have a lovely book selection for all ages. With the closures ( prior to Covid) of some our favorite toy stores in Capitola , it has been difficult to find what I wanted. Well Wunderland has a great selection, excellent service, and a very healthy way of getting in and out of the store quickly, safely ( hand washing soap easily available) and happily! Merry...
