I had an amazing experience at Fleetfeet in Aptos! I received the best customer service from Amber! She immediately greeted my wife and I. I felt bad going in to look at walking shoes 20 minutes before they closed but was taken care of. Amber had me take a 3D image of my feet and then came out with multiple great options for me to try on. After trying about 6 different pairs of shoes I found 3 of them that I liked bike ended up with a pair of Brooks which was the shoe Amber said was her favorite and after trying all 6 she was right! I'm very happy with my new shoes and the buying experience! They even have a 60 day guarantee if the shoes don't work out. I came into the store on 10/23/21 in Aptos. I had never been in before and was the only customer initially with two sales staff. The store was very nice/professional appearing and the staff helped me a lot with selecting items based on my questions. I had never bought "good" running shoes but was given recommendations and tried on three different types of shoes. I ended up buying a pair of Hoka shoes and wore them out with me. I took them for a test jog and was surprised at how well they fit and helped with my running. I ended up setting a personal record, not great by runners standards, and finished off 6.6 miles that afternoon.It was a great experience, really nice location/shop that I definitely would recommend to people if you want quality running gear or have novice questions like I did that you wanted some...
