Nice to go down but if you have bulging discs in your neck and lower back with the sciatic nerve pinched then very hard to go back up. But goes to a beautiful beach. I’ll show you the pics on Seacliff beach state park 😜 but seriously that’s a lot of damn steps 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used to run these stairs and beach on the regular when I lived in Aptos. Great work out in a beautiful area. There are other places to explore shooting off of these trails, including some cool graffiti under the train track bridges.
