I ordered a pastor burrito and taco on DoorDash I only got from this location because they closed those Santa Cruz one where I normally get the food early on DoorDash for some reason on a Saturday night. A food wasn't anything like it is at the other location.. The outlet store was hard pieces tasted like leftover stuff that was left on the grill It was extremely sweet extremely salty not spicy at all with the Santa Cruz location it's very spicy and it's juicy and plump there.. I kept biting into something hard and pulling it out of my mouth and then I use my camera to zoom in cuz I was actually scared it was a bug and it could have been the meat scraps or uncooked rice I don't know or could have been bugs. just not knowing what it was made me sick. I asked for guacamole and sour cream on the side and normally SC location puts it in a container I got none. I asked for a salsa on the side I got none.. none of that was in the burrito or on the side.. I got no salsa at all on the side to eat with my food. Even though I asked the DoorDash person to make sure they got spicy salsa.. The DoorDash person sprayed my bag with disgusting perfume or cologne- is thing I've noticed some of them do it's really strange but it was so bad it literally gave me an asthma attack. And do it after refused to refund any of it! I even wasted credits I had from before on this order. I had to go and let my food get cold before I tried it when it was not really the realizing I was gross and make my own guacamole with my own groceries which are expensive and get my own sour cream and my own salsa because they had none of that that I paid for.. Seems like there's no consistency at this place. If you try to call you can't get a hold of a human. Oh yeah they use the mini mini tiny itty bitty straight taco tortillas for the tacos at this location which they don't in Santa Cruz and they put much less toppings on the taco. 100% terrible experience. Whoever the manager or owner needs to look into this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOmg, how stoked am I to find this place! On my homegirls at work told me about it cuz she knows I love Mexican food, she knows I love al pastor and she knows that I get off work late: check check and check! Oh yeah, did I mention that it's about 3 minutes from my house? As soon as she told me about it, I took off from work and went straight there, it was 10:15 I ordered a super burrito and a crispy taco and it was ready within 3 minutes. Hot juicy and oh my goodness that al pastor was tasty! I told my roommates about it and they went there the next night. It's been a week and a half and we've gone there three times already. I just picked up another plate and it's 10:00 at night. Took about 5 minutes to make a crispy taco plate. I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was looking for a local, and delicious place to grab some dinner before I went out for the night. This place popped up and was very close to where I had pulled over to search. Despite there being 3-4 locations, I didn't feel as if I was in a generic chain. The food was very fresh and came out hot. I had the grilled fish tacos. The chip and salsa bar was tasty. I loved the avocado verde and the other one that was very very spicy. The bartender (Marco) was cool and we had good conversation. The restaurant set-up style is fast food but it wasn't 'fast food' quality, meaning, this was very good. I would suggest that you go and find out for yourself. I'll be back if I ever get to travel...
