I would like to thank Bart, the manager of the Carbondale,Il. Store. But, especially one of the members of the Att. Staff Nick Lukancic, a Polite young man I met recently when I had issues with iPhones I had ordered from Att.When I received the new phones I went through the iCloud transfer process. All went well until some of the data was not transferred completely on one of the phones so I connected a second time thatās when the problem started. The phone was paralyzed āICloud updatingā shown on screen apps would not load etc. I did what Apple recommended to correct the problems with no success. I called att customer service and they recommended for me to go to the nearest att store. One of the young girls at My old store in Waterloo,Il that I talked to over the phone was not very helpful in taking Care of my needs before I ordered these phones online. I was to the point that I was going to change companies and this young girl didnāt seem to care. So, I needed a new Store to help me. I called the Att Carbondale store on Friday 3/13/20 I talked to Bart the Manager of the Cādale store. He is a very polite courteous young man. Bart asked me to bring the phone in and they would be happy to take care of the problem. I took the phones in on Saturday and thatās when I met Nick. He set down with me,I explained the the problem, then he took on the problem like a true professional and in a very short time he had all problems corrected, data transferred and the IPhone 7 operating perfectly and even made sure everything was transferred correctly on the other IPhone 7 for my wife. I wondered what what I had done wrong in this process and after listening to me explain what had happened, He determined that it was most likely our internet quality, we have Frontier communications internet where I live and we do not have very good internet connection and Quality . So, I would like to Thank Nick Lukancic Very Much for all his Help and Like to Strongly Recommend The Att store in Carbondale,Il. and itās staff if you are having any problems at all or needs because they have restored my confidence in this Company. I believe I have found a Att store that will take care of my need for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSuper long review....Had to go into a few times because we have a weird business account..... Not the employees fault. Everyone was super helpful. Griffin and Nathan was quick and knew what they were doing, super nice with a sense of humor and they are great at what they do. I watched both of these men go above and beyond to help me and other customers as well. Morgan the manager was called over a few times to help out (because our account is set up differently.... A tax exempt commercial/not for profit account). She was nice and knowledgeable as well and knew exactly how to fix it. I have to mention this because it was compassionate customer service at it's best! While I was there I observed Griffin helping an AT&T customer that came into the store from Walmart because they was giving the young man a hard time about buying an AT&T phone out right. He only had enough money for the Walmart phone but they wouldn't sell it to him. Griffin and Morgan both contacted the store on separate occasions, on the young man's behalf. They didn't have too. They could have told him they were sorry and sent him out the door on his own to figure it out. However, they didn't. I noticed everything they did to help this young man. They young man was finally able get the AT&T from Walmart but only because of Griffin and Morgan. I'm sure the young man was grateful for their help. However, it impacted me more to see the compassion these two had to help someone in need. It was a pleasent experience, much different than a previous experience I had 2 years ago. These employees are a VITAL ASSET to AT&T's customer service and help to build lasting relationship. Thank you Griffin and Morgan for the compassion and the willingness you have to help others in need! Thank you Nathan and again Morgan for your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday evening my boyfriend and I came into Carbondale AT&T. My boyfriend has a plan through them and I have straight talk. We were wanting to add a phone to his plan and switch my number on it. I had the transfer pin and account number ready. Nathan asked if I wanted to do a trade in and I said yes. He then put us into a ābring your own deviceā plan without us asking for that or telling us what he was doing and put an AT&T SIM card into my phone and took mine away without saying anything. He asked what phone I wanted and I told him. They didnāt have any in stock so he said he would order it. He tried ordering it and said I will have to wait 24 hours to order it but my boyfriend could do it through his AT&T app. He said heās done in a thousand times. 1 day is all we had to wait to be able to order the phone and then it would be here in a few days shipped to our house. We left and I realized my phone was deactivated through straight talk and when I called straight talk they said it would be locked for 2 days. Today we tried ordering the phone so it could be here and now AT&T is saying we have to wait 90 days to āupgradeā the new device that was put on AT&T. But I never wanted my straight talk phone on AT&T. We just wanted to add a new line to my boyfriends account and switch my phone number. When we called back to talk to Nathan he said there was nothing he could do for us. This was all such a terrible experience and now weāre even considering not doing any of this. I do not recommend Carbondale AT&T. Nathan was who āhelpedā...
