I Honestly wish could give this place zero stars. I only went here to pick up some jeans then leave. I was only there for like 20 minutes or so, and all 20 minutes were horrendously excruciating for a reason that I can't even fully grasp, the place smells like cigarettes and hot armpits, **that's far from the worst part btw. Not even 5 minutes after entering I started having a bad panic attack that didn't stop or slow down until I got out. And I NEVER get panic attacks ever. The whole place is overwhelming and quite cramped, (due to the aisles being like 2 feet wide) there's like a thousand different sounds all at the same time constantly. Screaming/criying kids. People yelling like maniacs. ect. And the music playing on the speakers sounded like an orchestra playing every note that's ever happened for some reason. I didn't really have any issues with employees or anything but alot of them do seem pretty grouchy (I don't even blame them) But I paid for my jeans and finally got out the hell out of there. Now I've been to some bad places before, and I pretty much never leave bad reviews for places. But dear lord was that a dreadful experience. Stay FAR FAR away from this place. Do better TJ...
Read moreI know you must meet ADA minimums to open a business. I have 1 question, why can't we do better for our disabled customers? I am fortunate enough to have minimum ambulatory abilities.... take a look at my experience in your bathroom. First the entry into the stall is blocked by a chair. Yes a regular chair in the men's bathroom, why?! Next I don't really have the proper room to sit on the toilet and have the door closed with my wheelchair in there. It is possible to give us more room for very little cost. Make it so the door is facing you as you enter the bathroom. The I we would have more room for our chairs. It would actually be a stronger door/divider setup with a wall attached at a 90 degree angle to the wall opposite the the sink and urinals. Next police that non necessary items like a chair isn't in the room at all. I really don't think this is too much to ask.
If you need clarification or even a drawing on the one simple change I would be happy to do...
Read moreConfused, disappointed, and upset. Looked online to verify hours. Says they close at 9:30. Good enough. Drive the 20 plus miles to the store only to find the front door locked and carts blocking said door. I get my phone and call the store and go through the menus to find store hours. It verifies they are open until 9:30. And then had the opportunity to go through some more menus to request to speak to someone. When someone finally answered I asked if they were not open until 9:30, and she responded that they were. I said well I just drove quite a ways to get to your store and found it locked. She then hung...
