Subway — Restaurant in Carbondale

I ordered 1 foot-long sub on flatbread and was told by a male worker that looks like he is in high school that they make foot longs like “wraps”, where they give you half the meat, cheese, and toppings for the price of a foot long. I corrected the worker saying that’s the incorrect way to make that sandwich. The worker responded saying he was trained to make sandwiches like this even though you are supposed to prepared them the long way not the short way a.k.A FOOTLONG. It disappoints me that this worker wasn’t trained properly to make a simple sandwich. I have been to all subways in Carbondale and none of them does this! I apologize for the complaint but this was ridiculous but the fast food worker...

So I went to this location last week and the service was HORRIBLE. Now I went into the same location today. There was no one working in the building! Or else they were hiding in the back. I rang the bell on the counter and no one said anything or showed up. Then I went back to the door and opened it so the door bell would go off, still nothing. I then waited a few minutes and rang the bell on the counter again, still no one came. So I wasted 5-10 minutes of my lunch break for nothing. I won’t be coming back to this...

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. While I was using the restroom, an employee unlocked the door and came in while I was in there. When I confronted her, she told me the bathrooms are “supposed to be locked” — but they already were locked, I had checked before going in. This was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, and made me feel disrespected. Bathrooms are supposed to provide privacy, not embarrassment. I will not be coming back to...
