They don't allow service dogs in their business. I came in a couple of weeks ago and the minute I came in the woman working there called the owner, she chased me down the Isle and told me that the dog had to be tied up outside. I am disabled and I need my service dog for my day to day activities. He even has a vest which by law he doesn't even have to have. So I wasn't able to find all of the items that I wanted to buy...and she was making a scene in front of other customers. Needless to say I won't be going there ever again. However I will be making a complaint to the States Attorneys office they could be fined 1000$ and 1 year in jail. If their going to have a business they should know the law. I feel very strongly about doing this so that others won't have to be humiliated and made to feel uncomfortable trying to live there life with a disability it's hard enough without ignorant business owners throwing you out of the store...
Read moreA few times I have gone in and the cashier makes a price up for the item I am trying to purchase. Once I say ok, they change their minds and say the price is actually higher and try to charge me more. They are scaming people and I called the cashier out on it yesterday. My item went from 6.99 to 7.99 to 10$ by the time the cahsier decided she wanted to change the price and charge me more and her reasoning was how the item was shipped to the store. She wanted to charge me more because of where the item shipped from yet I was there in person buying tea. The tea was on the shelf and there were at least 8 other bottles and all had prices on it. The cashier just changed the price because she felt it was necessary. It's terrible they are doing that. Twice I've gone in and that's happened. I rather order online from now on. It's unfortunate as they have so many options but it's not worth getting lied to...
Read moreIf you are looking for authentic ingredients for Vietnamese, Thai and other dishes, this is the place you want to stop. We were able to find everything all the fresh and dry ingredients needed to make authentic Beef Pho and Chicken Fa. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. On our first visit, they were out of fresh cilantro, but that is to be expected. The only complaints I have is the store is extremely small and crowded. Also, be prepared to carry a basket or two baskets. They do not have shopping carts in this market. The aisles are not wide enough for carts. The aisles are barely wide enough for two people to walk past each other. Even with those complaints, I still recommend this place highly, because they fit everything you could ever need into that...
