My wife and I walked into Aqua Paradise to simply look at Jacuzzi to see if this is the brand we wanted to go with. Jay met us as we walked in and was very informative and knowledgeable about Hot Tubs. Made my wife and I so comfortable and was not a pushing sales person that we wanted to buy from them that day. I feel really confident that if I do have a problem, they will be their to help us out. They delivered the tub, set it up for us and have been great with helping us get comfortable with owning a Jacuzzi and its minimal up keep. Absolutely terrible service. We have had a tub from them for almost 5 years now, and it’s been nothing but problems from day one. Service people have been out here over a half dozen times. Many of them try to blame us for not changing the water often enough, even though we change it twice as often as recommended. Leah doesn’t care once she’s made the sale, and the people in service are a combination of poor skills and a bad attitude. Luke was a wonderful salesman, Díaz delivery were very nice individuals and we truly appreciated Mike Dixon who came to install the unit and explained the maintenance process.
