I've had bagels here before the one time I had bagels before the guy who used to work, the front end was quick fast. It did his job really good like legitimately. That guy was so quick. He had like twelve orders, and he was doing all of them right away, and I got my bagel real quick. However, this time I came in and the front end guy. I guess you wanted to have a conversation because the guy who came in as a Ferrari and the guy with a Ferrari wanted to start having a full on conversation about basketball and sports right in the middle of there were 3 other people in line to be exact myself, my wife and another lady who seem to be drinking. A smoothie Waiting to order yet. Somehow Your front end thought would be a great time to have on a full conversation about sports. When he has other customers, so now nobody was able to order in a movie here. Waiting for 3 minutes already. And there's no point I'm waiting anymore, didn't even waste time looking at us. Just straight on having a conversation. What's the guy in front? Because maybe he has a Ferrari, and maybe he's talk to him about sports. And so that's what you customer service is like. It's terrible I am very disappointed, and that's horrible, terrible customer service. The bagels were all right last time I had them, but So what's the point of having R? At bagels, if you can't even have good customer service, and you have a full on conversation. In the front end, when it's still morning and people are still gonna come in. I want to order bagels, very disgusting service. At least today was getting...
Read moreI tried Inglourious Bagels for the first time today. I ordered 4 bagels (muenster, jalapeno cheddar) and 2 bialys , along with Sun Dried Tomato, and Lox cream cheese schmears. The bagels were all dough, bland taste, and not even close to being " New York style" bagels. The Bialys were as plain, and otherwise non-descript except for the unusual heavy and overwhelming dose of onion and poppyseed loosely lying on top. However, the Sun Dried Tomato cream cheese was flavorful, and was the only reason that I rated this establishment with two stars. The Lox cream cheese was lacking in flavor, with no appreciable evidence of the presence of any lox whatsoever. This was particularly disappointing especially because the schmear cost $9.95 (likely due to the high cost of the lox) as opposed to the $5.95 for the other schmears offered. While this area of southern California offers few acceptable alternatives to this establishment, even Bruegger's is...
Read moreJust ate here for the first time today, service was very fast, they were moving customers through the line rapidly and the guy behind the counter was very attentive while his hands moved like lightning preparing the different orders.
The inside is a little small/cramped, but there is outdoor seating. If you get it to go, the layout will move you through quickly.
Our meal was delicious, my friend and I got the sesame bagels - hers with just cream cheese and mine with cream cheese, eggs and bacon. The bagels are huge, light and fluffy. The ingredients were great(the bacon was amazing, thick and perfectly cooked) with well prepared eggs. Some of the best cream cheese you will find.
Overall a 10/10 meal, will be going here whenever my morning routine has me...
