The shop is beautiful and a variety of best designers. I did find something that I really loved. However, I wish I could say Iād want to come back no matter how nice the store was. Reading how other patrons were treated with wine and super friendly service. I was disappointed. Ive been to enough high end shops and do know how youāre suppose to be received. I had to ask for water finally because I ran to the bank to pay for my item. I tried to be friendly asking their names but when I left the shop the only thing I was happy about was what got and meeting Kevin the security who was very nice. I realize my experience is very different than most of the 5 star ones that I read but Iām writing an honest review of my personal experience.
Post review: The response to my review is very disappointing as a customer so I have to speak up. A sincere apology would have gone a long way like others that were given when they posted a very negative review. I need to clear things up. I did not ask for a ādeep discountā never even used those words. I never even mentioned how much of a discount. I just asked if could give me a better price bc the sleeves were altered. When she would not, I backed off. After I decided to buy and she initiated taking the sleeves down that were altered by the owner, which Iām glad I did bc there were clearly left a shade of dirt where the fold was and a spot. So all I asked for is 10% off which she conceded. I am not trying to malign (poor choice of word imo) the store but give an honest personal review and perhaps help improve how to treat ALL customers. Thatās what a review is for. As I mentioned it has very beautiful items. Yes, she was polite at best but did I feel appreciated for my patronage as a customer with a thank you at least? No. I left with an unpleasant feeling like she was doing me a favor. A customer should feel good not bad after shopping in a store. Perhaps she is not used to customers to barter but thatās what happens at second hand stores no matter what youāre selling. Donāt need to go back...
