Poor customer service today Wednesday October 16 2019 at 8:17Pm my order was 251 you can check error by the cashier start everything. but was not her fall , poor management the young lady apparently was new have a lot of customers and no help , when my order was coming out about 10 min later was misssing a supreme fries the young man doing the order ask his supervisor if she did the fries and she told him they dont paid for the suprime fries . they look at each other and continue with the next order ignoring me completly i told the guy where are my suprime fries and he stated you do not paid for it, i was so upset that i told him that was not my fall and his manager has to apologies. Of what she ignore and continue doing another order. I told the young guy you manager need a training of customer service. She only has to tell me sir i apologize for the mistake take the fries with no extra charge and thats it.. thats why i give 1 star also i was not the only customer...

It’s great, good location and variety of stores, restaurants, and nice cinema. But on busy days is a chaos, part of the problem is created by the anxious and selfness people, but the traffic jams are insane. At least, the exit next to Sam’s runs roughly well, the traffic light controls part of the situation, but this exit requires an expansion. It’s hard to say and more hard to redesign this area, but would help a lot. Many of the arriving people turns back due to the clog of cars in the internal intersection next to Sam’s. The access next to HomeDepot also requires some care and organization. Maybe reorganizing one side of the mall to enter and the other side to exit, would help. The existing entrance/exit concept on each access areas are costing money and time to all. Without mention the rage issues between drivers, that scares and makes anyone to turn his car...

Love the buffet area they have in the morning break fast eggs , sausages, match potatoes,pancakes,hot blueberry muffins.in the afternoon the salad bar , deferent salad dressing,all kind of fruits,they wonderfull hot bread,and in one section they have three different types of soups.Apart the variety of different dinner plates.they have a variety of different disert,as well small bottles 🍷, 🍻,and of juice, Pepsi,sevenup ect..Is aplace where you can bring your family and friends or business partner.The place is cleaned,and the bathrooms.The employers are very kind and in serving the food.ponderosa is one of my favorite restaurant to eat and hang around...
