Ok... I really didn’t want to leave this review... but after getting my order wrong for more than 5 times, bad manners and a piece of hair in my sandwich I was done!
I use to love it here for the quality of food and never minded the wait bc of the deliciousness! I always order a grilled cheese with salad and no meat. Apparently this people don’t understand that there is people like me! After two times getting it wrong, I let the waiter know when taking my order...which she assured me that she was doing things right! I told her I knew, that the problem was with who made the order... still 3 times more with same issue (that is why I started eating in parking, just in case I had to return).
Also my grilled cheese wasn’t melted it was just all put in there and you can tell that it wasn’t with the love that this people used to make their sandwiches. And then... the horrid hair which made me just go away and not even want to deal with them again!
Hey! I understand you guys are busy! But clearly people don’t care the wait... and if we are going to wait long lines anyways... i dont think 3-5 more mins are gonna make the difference for QUALITY FOOD! Also your harinas are hard as a rock! And this was one of my favorite things!
This feedback is hoping a manager or someone that had that original vision of what was el Meson can provide feedback and to keep clients like me! That use to swear by it and love this place... but... honestly... you guys had become another Mc Donalds... and not even them give a burger without a melted cheese. Hope you guys get it together! And from me... no more recs and no more contributions from this pockets! Hope you know how to keep others LOYAL! Bc is in the LOYALTY the SUCCESS!!! Good luck! And i hope you also get servers that know how to smile and start their mornings in a better way! Never understood their faces of a horrid day when is only starting... GOOD LUCK...
Read moreThis Meson outlet gives every poor service to those that dine in. They are more inclined to serve their drive thru customers. For example them 30 minutes to serves us a hot chocolate a cold tea drinks and fried corn sticks. In 10 minutes intervals they re-warmed the hot chocolate and replaced the tea drink since it got watery. Yet, the fries were being served to the drive thru customer. They were a line of clients waiting to be served inside. I cordially voiced my complain to deaf ears. I request to speak to the manager, she was very helpful. But it wasn't very pleasing. That was my event. Maybe they need to evaluate if their employees poor service and workmanship, close the main doors at 6 pm and dedicate their service to drive thru customers. They make money that way....
Read moreThe food is good and they're insanely fast, but they consistently mess up my order whenever we change anything in a sandwich. I know these things happen. You see a sandwich name on the screen / ticket and you make it, but this mistake has happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME we've gone there in the past few months. It's just Swiss cheese in a sandwich instead of Cheddar. Nothing big.
I really want to rate it higher because the food is good, and the managers have handled the situation well every time, but that consistent mistake makes it so I can't visit anymore. I'm not going to go somewhere we're I have to plead for them to not...
