Panda Express — Restaurant in Carolina

Went today around 2 pm, more or less. They were understaffed, and the ones working weren't in the best of moods. Not welcoming or friendly at all , more like mad that they were busy. But who topped them all was the girl behind the cashier, not engaging at all, won't even talk at all, and had a face that I don't even know how to describe without being nasty. To top everything, the soda machine had NO ICE, told the cashier, and she said, oh well ! Really ? I told her, "Don't worry about it that much!" I was impressed by her lack of care and lack of willingness to be helpful or even do anything about it. She basically looked at me, rolled her eyes, and acted like she didn't care at all. God bless the souls of the people who work here. Between the petty customers who come in and take an average of 5 minutes to order, having been in line for 15 and people being in general douches to the employees im surprised they haven’t quit.

As of right now the food is great as you would expect which is perfect. My main gripe is how slow the service is. That and the online store only carrying one single item at the moment of this review makes it so i cannot order on my lunch break or wait a solid 20-30 mins to get my order. Arrived to this Panda express 35 min before closing hoping to grab some food for the kids. There were at least 12 people in front of me in the line. After waiting in line patiently I was informed that the food was finished and bye bye. I can’t believe that a mutli chain company denies food to their customers before closing. I guess they wanted to leave early so they stopped making food to clean. The worst part is that the employees saw us standing in line knowing that the food was finished. Horrible experience.
