Staff spends more time cracking jokes than paying any attention to the customer. I had to repeat THREE times that part of my order was missing before I was able to leave. The cashier at the window was clearly busier laughing and smiling at a joke someone else was making. She even had the audacity to laugh when I said part of my order was still missing.
Look, I get it, you have to get through your shift somehow, but if you have someone drive up to the window, focus. There'll be plenty of chances to make light of your shift, just not in front...
