Taco Bell — Restaurant in Carolina

Staff spends more time cracking jokes than paying any attention to the customer. I had to repeat THREE times that part of my order was missing before I was able to leave. The cashier at the window was clearly busier laughing and smiling at a joke someone else was making. She even had the audacity to laugh when I said part of my order was still missing.

Look, I get it, you have to get through your shift somehow, but if you have someone drive up to the window, focus. There'll be plenty of chances to make light of your shift, just not in front...

I visit this place often but, hey!! It's just a Taco Bell, food taste the same, the drive thru is really bad, because bad planification when making the parking lot and measuring... Anyways, not the only reason im righting this, this Taco Bell is really slow !! The reason!!??? They're short of staff, they need more employees in order to retake the position in the area, make the best service time and make money for Shure more hands meaning more money in less time it's equal to make good business !!! Invest in what matters most helping...

Not only does the drive through line spill into the actual road due to the long waiting times, they dont even open the inside of the restaurant so that people can dine in. Even more insulting is that they dont even put a "closed" sign, and if you stand outside the door the employees will literally ignore you instead of having the bare dececy to walk up to the door and tell you theyre closed.
