LongHorn Steakhouse — Restaurant in Carolina

This has been the third time I has been in this location and I have ordered a ribeye. I mentioned to the waitress that in my previous visits my steak has been overcook when I asked for medium or medium well. She mentioned that the master chef was there for lunch and she will mentioned to him.

Well, my steak was very well done. I mentioned to the waitress and she took it back. She came back and the manager there say cut more...let me tell you I even has issues cutting with the steak knife, from the middle was tough because was overcook.

The manager came to my table and I mentioned that I has been in Longhorn in different locations in the states and my steak has been cook as I asked. She stated they use a thermometer that is provided by the company. I just say well is not working right.

She offered a redone and I declined. Third time in this steakhouse that has issues cooking a steak as ordered is a problem.

No pictures of the steak because I was so angry and hungry so I left after my Mom finished her meal.

I must also mention that for the price of $35 dollars for a skinny ribeye that was tough to cut make it suspect of the quality of the meat.

The waitress was wonderful and feel sorry for her and provided her a good tip because I can see she was embarrass of...

Went for early dinner, seems like the waitress was a lil distracted. First I order two beer & appetizers, followed by my dinner that included a salad , appetizer was the spinach dip the chips that went with the appetizer were soaked in grease , ended asking for bread to eat the appetizer, all off a sudden dinner come out without finishing my appetizer ok and the salad was never served , we’re the salad oh you still want it ? It’s her answer . Then she comes back salad & 2- extra beer that I order she drops the beer cap into my salad 😑 she follows to stick her fingers in my salad and takes the bottle cap and walks away and leaves me with the same salad that she stuck her finger in , we’re is this girls training. Food was just ok nothing out the world . The booth across was being cleaned another waitress put her shoes all over the seat , cleans the table & didn’t even bother to wipe down the seating booth 😑 NEVER GOING BACK . Escorial shopping center Carolina , train your people a lil better they really need some serious training or a follow up training they get to comfortable and do things any way . WERE IS THE SUPERVISOR

Service I'm sorry to say was very very slow which translates to poor service, we sat there for almost 30 minutes before getting our drinks, which we had to ask 2 servers to get our server before he arrived, then another 20 to place our order, I was about ready to walk out the door. The salad came immediately followed by the food, so we had to eat the salad at the same time as the food. Also we ordered the sweet potato which they served next to the steak, once the butter melted we had a cinanamon tasting steak, too bad because it was cooked to perfection. I also had to ask for my additional $5 dollar side bc the server forgot so it wasnt very hot, so service overall was poor, food was "ok" until it all melted together and it was all sweet and cinnamon tasting... very disappointing, I was a faithful Longhorns visitor for years in Tennessee and Florida... Puerto Rico made me rethink that and I probably wont return, they should really try to fix all these problems and that way keep the new and...
