My wife, Stormy and I have been coming up here for years along many other places and this place hands-down is absolutely our favorite by far when it comes to the spa! The staff is educated beyond belief and the customer service is second to none! the spa itself was very relaxing- but i spent decent money on a pedicure that didnt last 1 day and smudged immediately when the spa associate assured me it was ok to immediately wear sneakers (I didnt do anything the next day that would have caused this) the facial was okay but definitely not worth the cost. hydrafacials cost lest and give a significantly better result. the spa staff is very sweet and welcoming but not a spa i would visit again next time i visit the hotel...

I've been to the spa a few times with the most recent being this past weekend. The eucalyptus steam room is my favorite. A wonderful, relaxing atmosphere with all the amenities in the locker room. I did notice, this visit, the robes were a bit worn and not as cozy as I remember. I usually get a facial but this time I opted for a massage. The technician was very pleasant and explained everything she was doing but I did not enjoy it as much as the massages I've had...
