Imagine being in a position where you want to change lives and in the middle of a world crisis, take on a job outside the country where people really need your help so decide to not sell but donate all our your apartment furniture (in good condition) Iām talking well over $20k worth of items just to speak to a nice man who says that his team can take on the job and days before you leave, the drivers show up to tell you they canāt move things from 3rd flooršmind you I paid a moving company to move other items prior to this pickup because I felt confident that the rest of the items would go to a good place with these guys. Now clearly a disconnect, I called the company to discuss this communication and the woman told me to wait around for a phone callā¦NO ONE CALLED ME BACK..the guys only took some items and left everything elsešthis was a waste of time and money because I couldāve just had the moving company come and move everything. You canāt just dump stuff here.ā She did offer to recycle it however, I felt she could have spoken to me in a more polite, private manner.
UPDATE:

Their kids section is very limited, though. I love the fact that they only put out items worth buying and I donāt mind paying $1-2 more for thrifted items that are like-new and I can find quick. Their store hours are a bummer, though. I can only shop with them on Saturdayās due to my 9-5 schedule. Employees are all...
