Some of the worst customer service I've had ever. Went there to see if i could transfer my daughters line to my account. Apparently, i could not, even though the boost hotline said it could be done at a store. So the young lady at the store that was tending to us told me the price for a whole new line and number, which i was okay with if this the the only way to get my daughter her active line. Prior to making any payment we asked about the discount boost was having, Which was $12 for the first month and then $25 for the following months. She stated i could not have the discount and not only was i having to pay $25 for the first month, but there was a connection fee and taxes of course all totaling $70. My wife and I told her that we will just do it online for the discount. The lady then got an attitude with us and said, "Go somewhere else and waste someone else's time." My wife and I are very courteous people and at no point felt that we deserved to be disrespected for seeking help. Went to get a new phone with my yearly upgrade and the lady changes my service plan without my permission after I explicitly said I want no change to the plan or the amount I have to pay. I went up there the next day and spoke to the manager and he told me to call back up there around the time of my payment being due. I called today only for whoever is there to tell me the manager isn’t gonna be in until next week and that there is nothing he can do unless I come into the store and proceeds to hang up on me. I call back and tell him I am not able to make it up to the store since I am in a different city especially since there is no guarantee that the issue will be resolved and he is rude and rushed me off of the phone instead of trying to help me come to a solution. Read moreI had nothing but problems since buying the S25+. The 1st 2 weeks, I couldn't used my phone. All out the blue, I received a text from Boost saying I'm almost out of data. HOW? MY PHONE DIDN'T WORK FOR 2 WEEKS. I finally was able to get to the Boost store. I was told my Sim card was the problem. LIES, LIES, LIES. Now, I'm dealing with technical support, no one can fix the problem. I have to reset my phone at least 6 times a day because the phone will say NO SERVICE OR EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. I believe this is a refurbish phone but Boost say it isn't. There were many games already installed that was not transferred from my previous phone.
