Yellow Cab — Local services in Dallas

Awful Service. I work at the Doubletree by Hilton, Farmers Branch, at the front desk. I called at 12:00 for a pick-up from my hotel for a guest, and gave them our address and where he wanted to go. I was told that a cab will be there in 10 minutes, the cab driver's name was Isaac, from what I understood. 15 minutes later, no show. I called back several times and finally got an answer, and reinterated that he is late and needs to come ASAP to pick up the guest, as promised. I asked his name, he seemed to say Isaac (the audio was a bit muffled). forty-five minutes from the original call, the guest gives up and goes to his room, understandably, and I apologize. Fifty minutes later, Isaac the Yellow Cab driver calls back, saying "do you still need someone there to be picked up?" Which angered me, because of the complete disregard and disrespect for a guest's requested service at my hotel. Furthermore once I began to explain that the guest was tired of waiting for fifty minutes and went back to his room, Isaac the Yellow Cab Driver very rudely and abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. It just suprised me, in a negative way, that FIFTY MINUTES LATER he has the temerity to call back and say, "Yeah, you still need someone there picked up?". I told Isaac ( hopefully he gave me a real name) that I will be adding this review and that we will think twice about using Yellow Cab again at our hotel. Absolutely horrible the can was nasty it was like the guy was living in it .
