We recently purchased a home in North Dallas that required remodeling and reconfiguration of three bedrooms, new flooring with custom staining, glass door/wall enclosure for office and lighting installation. Upon deciding to re-floor my staircase (from carpet to hardwood), I contacted three companies for quotes. The first two didn't impress me, but Samuel from Space Construction left a much better impression. He did a very thorough walk-through of the area to be worked on, answered my questions, and made professional recommendations. I was very appreciative of his active communication throughout every step of the process. He even was able to accommodate an addition to my original request all through text message. I was very excited that I was able to see 3D renderings of the project before it began, so I had a good idea of what it would look like at the end. The work crew didn't keep the most regular schedule, but they worked diligently and were very polite and thorough. They even finished the job a day earlier than expected, and they came back out to make some minor repairs to ensure a perfect job. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work.
