Beautiful staff. Just beautiful hearted people working here. Iâm impressed with everyone! Every staff treated me with kindness and concern. Iâm actually crying writing this because my left ear has been giving me the blues for 2 weeks straight and I havenât gotten any relief until I went here. My primary care office treated me like crap when I went in Friday to do a follow up from Urgent care. In fact, I wasnât allowed to see the doctor because they tried to send me to my car to wait instead of waiting in the waiting area! My pain was at its highest that day. I was the only one in the lobby so there was no need to send me to my car to wait just because I had a fever in my ear the previous day! I was not contagious. They should have put me in a waiting room for my doctor. If I was contagious, me just walking in the clinic contaminated the lobby. Me signing paperwork on the iPad contaminated the pen and pad! I wore the dang mask as told so there was absolutely no reason to send me to a hot car in the heat to wait when it was 101 degrees that day! INCOMPETENCE TO THE MAX! Especially since they have never went through this so called protocol line of questioning with me before! I left immediately since I was commanded to my hot car in the 101 degree heat! I got in my car and left and will not be returning. I do not recommend Dr Stickley for anything at the Baylor, Scott clinic in Flowermound! That woman doesnât care about her patients at all! She is a horrible doctor and I will be finding a new primary physician soon! Urgent Care CareNow on Main tried to help me last week and their staff and doctor were wonderful too but this left ear pain kept being persistent and bothersome even after treatments. But the nurses here at SignatureCare ER were Angels, God Sent! They took time to hear me and document everything and gentle with the shots I received. The doctor was wonderful! He explained everything where I understood and immediately sent in my prescriptions to help me. I wish he was my doctor because of how professional, kind, and concerned he was with me. I am so happy I went. I have tears of joy because I have been feeling mighty low with this ear problems. Feeling down in spirit as well how folks been treating me and I tell you kindness goes a long way! And competency even further! Thank the Lord for Signature Care here in Lewisville off of main!    Read moreEDIT: I came here to be seen myself (first visit was for my male fiance) and had the absolute worst care possible. I came in for a neck/shoulder injury I'd sustained that had gotten worse overnight and had begun radiating down my arm and causing severe weakness. I'd been involved in a car accident a few months ago and suffered a severe bulging disc in my c4-c5. The diagnosing doctor told me that given the nature of my injury it is very easy for me to get hurt even worse and require immediate surgery. That doctor told me that it is possible for me to suffer paralysis if I'm not careful. When I came to this ER I tried explaining to the doctor what happened and what my concerns were. I didn't even get through one single sentence before the doctor waved his hand up and walked out of the room. He was in my room for less than sixty seconds total then a nurse came in demanding I pay $500 up front to be seen. I have never been treated this way before. The 'doctor' I saw today honestly deserves his license revoked. I will never be back at this 'ER'. It seems that only male patients get taken seriously here. If you don't have a penis then your problems aren't taken seriously.

The billing department on the other hand is atrocious and you canât get in touch with anybody. I called and was transferred three separate times today, I have $800 for signature care if they want it. Unfortunately it doesnât seem like I can get in touch with anybody to pay off the bill. -k.duffey

Iâm concerned that I canât get in contact with anybody from the billing department. I hope that your billing procedures are in line with local emergency rooms, that was never called into question. In addition to that, I understand that emergency room visits will be more costly than regular, thatâs why I came to you when I had an emergency. But now that my emergencies is no longer. I cannot get in contact with your billing department. It would be great if you could give me a direct extension or a phone number for them. âOur billing procedures are in line with other local emergency rooms. In addition to that, emergency room visits, by law, are required to be covered at an in-network rate by commercial insurance policies.
