This gym has really made great improvements in the past year. The management has done quite well to fix a lot of problems. I raised my rating from three to 4 stars. My first issue for not granting 5 stars is the route setting: They don't change the routes often enough and the "intern" settings are putting up boring stuff. It gets redundant. I didn't climb here, but as far as the yoga goes, I would not...
Read moreWe love the dallas location but had a terrible experience at the Carrollton location. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. One of the employees actually shouted at one of the kids that we were with because he was not giving him his name quick enough to enter into the computer. The vibe was really bad and they had terrible ible customer service. And the gym is not nearly as large as the one in dallas. All in all, steer clear of the Carrollton...
