I want to give 4.5 stars for 2 reasons only, first the guy that fixed my phone looked grumpy and he kinda scratched my finger touch pad when it wasn't scratched before. And the second was it was too far for me but I came from Sherman so that's not their fault lol! The owners are awesome people and really do TRY to help you find a phone that fits your personal life best. Their prices are incomparable to other retailers that sell-phones. Very real people, very polite, and very very professional, and are honest with you. Very happy folks! I love that they helped me make the switch from apple to android. It was comfortable, easy, and again reasonably priced! If that dude that helps with fixing the phones on warranty didn't scratch up my touch pad, then they definitely deserve 5 stars!! They aren't very upfront. You probably found this store from Facebook marketplace, Letgo or offerup but I honestly wouldn't reccomend coming here if you are looking for an android phone

They show you a picture of a phone that is in amazing shape for a great price but once you get there the only ones they have in stock are ones you DO NOT want to buy. Most samsung phones have bad screen burn or black spots on screen or are in bad physical condition

I purchased a phone from Caltex today. The store was very pro-protection due to Covid and took all precautions. The staff was polite, gave me their utmost attention. They have a very large inventory of phones to chose from all very reasonably priced. I feel that I got a great phone for a price I could afford. Because I'm not good with technology, they offered to help me set up my new phone right there and walked me through every step to ensure all was ok, up and running Properly.
