This sonic had EXCELLENT customer service. I called 15 minutes prior to showing up to ensure I could get 13 gift cards for my students for their last day of school TOMORROW. Andre picked up the phone very politely and understood how important it was to ensure that their inventory had enough gift cards! He was very pleasant and efficient once I arrived to the location and even nicely packaged each gift card for each student! Camryn also was very kind when delivering the cards to my car and apologized for the slight wait, which I told her was no problem at all for their excellent customer service!
I had just left the belt line Addison location, where I was told that they had the gift cards, but when I got to the drive thru window, I was told by the manager that they actually ran out. I was so disappointed and inconvenienced. Iâm so grateful that I was able to come to this Carrollton location at the last minute even though this location was a further drive. I will always choose this location over the belt line...

I drove to the nearest Sonic on Montfort across from Walmart between 2 and 4:00pm for the happy hour drink special. I always treat myself to a strawberry lime slush with extra strawberries. I tasted and it was bland had very little strawberry đ and no lemon flavoring. I thought, maybe they're having a bad day. The next day I visit the Montfort location and I thought to myself you can't screw up a slush twice in a row, two days straight! Boy was I wrong! Yuck same results. Good Lord are they on a slush strike or what? So I googled to locate the next closest Sonic and that's how I ended up at the Midway location. I took a chance, ordered a strawberry lime slush with extra strawberries I was back in love again! The slush was so good and made just righ along with the advertised bacon cheeseburger special.    Read moreThis Sonic lately has been going downhill. I usually go every day, but treated worse and worse with their new employees. Three times that I have gone in the last month and there are 2 new female employees that do not seem to want to work there at all. They say the order is on it's way, but it might be 8-10 minutes later, but they go ahead and say they're bringing it out when they aren't so they can have a faster time for corporate. Then they argue and yell at you to your face if you ask where your drink is. Also, today when I went, the woman on the intercom sounded tired/bored/upset and when I asked her for easy ice on my drink, she said "what else you want?" to me. I was really shocked. If you ask for easy ice, most of the time they get it right, but lately they have no idea what 'easy ice' means and they give you a cup full of ice, and hardly any drink. It's really a shame.
