Jerry himself is a very egotistical person, if you question his work he gets defensive. You put his co-worker(his wife) on the spot for her inability to do her job correctly and he'll be very passive aggressive to flat out rude. He's a very manipulative man, I found tampering within my computer Registry and spyware after he handled my computer that is commonly found within backdoor access viruses and information loggers.

Outside of his attitude, he has a dog that constantly sheds and is poorly kept. Walking through the store and finding my shoes have dog fur all over them, in a computer workshop... That's just not good for the computers or other electronics that have their insides opened or in general.

DO NOT GO HERE is my advice, the moment you put him on the spot for ANYTHING it's a problem. I made the mistake of having my stuff taken here and putting him on the spot, had to warn him I'd file a police report for harassment if he kept on with...

I have taken my computers to Computer Crew for many years and have always had very good results. I have also recommended other folks and they have had good results as well. Recently, I took my iMac in and it ended up needing a new hard drive. Over the years I have found aspects of their communication to be lacking - this time I ended up feeling a bit frustrated, however, as soon as I called Jerry he talked it out with me and he really put forth a good effort to keep me informed until my machine was ready. I am in the process of moving out of town. and a few days back my computer stopped charging. I needed my computer to work so I went to Computer Crew and told them my situation with moving. I was told my computer's cord and adapter was bad because my computer and cord /adapter were 9 years old. They sold me a new cord/adapter for $56, and charged me $30 for looking at my computer for 10 minutes. I could have bought a new cord/adapter online or at another store for around $20-$30 dollars, without being charged to have my computer checked out.
