Keva Juice Carson City — Restaurant in Carson City

I went in with my young son and we waited for quite a while as there were multiple staff members who ignored us. At the point when two of the girls started discussing their tips and going through the tip jar I finally asked if I should use the kiosk to order. I ordered three drinks and when I went to pay I had a coupon I remembered to bring with me. When the girl asked the older lady on site, (Susie) she said it’s expired. I asked since when and she said 10/31. I asked of what year as there isn’t one indicated and she said “um last year”. This is interesting since we received it at a Halloween event so would be strange to expire the same day. I felt pretty disappointed since I was already ignored and now felt dismissed and dooped too. Unfortunately I will have to say we won’t be back after being customers for a while. It definitely didn’t feel like our business was much appreciated. To top it off I went to get a kids straw for my son’s drink and there was a nasty dirty paper towel in with the straws. I included photos of the gift certificate for reference and included front and back to be clear about what we were dealing with.

Great place for a pick me up plus a much better alternative to fast food. Fresh fruit and a plethora of ingredients and you gotta love the one free additive that comes with your drink choice. The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful when I can't quite seem to decide which one of their tasty smoothies I need on one of my visits. My latest visit was a delightful surprise to see added to the menu pretzels, one of my weaknesses and yes I partaked on the Stuffed Spinach and Feta version that my smile to my husband across the table clearly showed how happy I was with my choice from the spinach in between my front teeth lol. All kidding aside Keva Juice is a nice healthy pick me up, GREAT service and I will continue to go back for Smoothies and Stuffed Pretzels...

I get the same drink every time but for some reason this time they only filled my cup 2/3 of the way and also took almost 20 mins to make it so I didn’t have time to wait for them to make another while on my lunch. The girl offered to add more sherbert to it which was nice but I’m unsure on why they decided to only give me 2/3 of my drink. With 2 drinks costing $20 I would think I would get the full drink. She also forgot the peanut butter in my peanut butter shake. This is what happens when you have only one person working in the store. Quit being cheap and hire some more people. I’ve gotten 2 more drinks since this happened and I think my hypothesis is confirmed that this Keva...
