I have had good experiences here before, but my last visit was terrible. This waitress knows who she is, but it is unexceptable to put your two cents in when it comes to the diet of a 90 year old man. You didn't know his condition as to what he can and can't have. Arguing passive aggressively is rude. Further, making comments about family telling you about splitting a meal because they are doing bariatric surgery and calling eating smaller portions a phycological thing is rude. How do you still have your job. Should have given you a 2% tip to ruin your taxes by the end of the year, but that wouldnt have been fair to those you split it with, so we were the better person and tipped 20%. We left paying about $300 for our grandfather's 90th birthday. Thanks for ruining a memory we wanted to have with him. Yes his food is controlled, no he can't have what he wants, unless you want to spend the next 5 days changing his every 20 minutes then i suggest you got with the family wishes that are care giving him... I hope you lose your job to be given perspective. Not cool. Yes I'm ranting aswell. The food was cold aswell, but that is probably because of having 8 people to cook for, which i can say is understandable. Even cold the food was great. Highly recommend the food and setting, but not the older blonde waitress.
Update 7-16 Her name was Carla and she was fantastic the second go around. Fully redeemed the image. The complaint above must have been a once over because she was totally...
Read moreFirst time back after a year away. Thought things would be better but it was worst. Three out of four meals were terrible. Chicken was so tough you needed a sharp knife. The roasted Chicken salad was also tough. The spaghetti and meatballs had a strange flavor. The bread had a super hard crust and the bread was not cooked enough. No more free olives and you have to ask for roasted garlic. You have lost your niche. Whoever is making the changes and adding items to great in the past recipes and adding distasteful spices to the recipes needs to stop. Where is the sausage and peppers? Carson needs more and better night dinning please go back to when you first opened. Have a new brand opening so we know you are listening. We use to eat there every two weeks. Very sad to see only one waiter from the good old days. Our regular waitress...
Read moreWhat a shame, this place used to be great, but not anymore. They changed the menu and took all the really good stuff away. They raised the price and decreased the portion sizes on what is left. I took my parents there last night for father's day, what a joke! My dad's veal parm was tough and overcooked. My mom's lasagna was not good. The only good thing was the dessert. The salads that come with some meals are VERY small and they no longer serve the roasted garlic in the clove and was tasteless. Neither my parents or I have any intentions of returning or recommending them to anyone. Between this and the buffet being gone, I see no reason to go to Fandango for...
