Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Carson

I been coming here since I was a kid I never had no problems. I live one block away. Its 12:00 am and I wanted a shake they said we can't make it because we about to close. Its 12 and they close at 1 am how in the world is it too late to order a shake have been so disappointed at this Jack's but that just showed me they are too lazy to clean the machine. I love this Jack's with a passion. I've known every manager since I was 6 I'm now 25 and no one has ever told me we can't make it because it's too late and were about to close. How shameful. Jack's is like my religion, I don't even like McDonald's, but if I were to go there they would never tell me it's too late and were about to close, we can't make you the shake . I took my time too write this message just for them too see how it is this made me feel. That's laziness coming out of him. The manager at that shift should be put in line, just because he speaks nicest English and Spanish does not make it ok too be lazy. They should only make people managers when they show initiative, and dedication too that position. I will forever keep coming here just because of the history I've made there and the love I have for that place. But I hope to never have to hear we can't make it because it's too late and were about too close. ILL NEVER GO TO THIS JACKS EVER AGAIN!!!!! Sylvia is unprofessional and a very Rude Employee what she needs to do is find a new Job if she’s not happy😡😡 I don’t think it’s right for Sylvia (Jack in the Box Employee) to be LAUGHING and Belittling Customers cuz they ONLY Ordered 2 tacos…. That’s Wrong and DISGUSTING!!!!! 🤢🤮 People nowadays are on budgets and for her to laugh n think it’s funny cuz they can’t afford anything else on the menu needs to go bck and take a customer service class or find a new job! She shouldn’t be Laughing at all, Especially if she’s a An employee at Jacks that gets paid minimum wage….. How would she feel if I laughed in her face cuz she doesn’t speak English Correctly and only makes $15an hour….I’m sure she would feel the same way she made that customer feel…… You Need to retrain ur employees to treat their customers better at this...

I’ve been living in Carson for 4 months and I’ve never been in this Jacks, what a disappointment. I was thinking I was gonna get a nice hot meal but it was the total opposite. My husband and I ordered tacos and a bfast jack and a small coffee. The tacos were cold and full of grease, looked like they just put them back in the oil just to warm them up, as soon as my husband was getting ready to eat his taco it feel apart. He then went to the counter to show them the taco and the male manager looked at the cook and said “ hey this guy is saying that your tacos ain’t no good” that’s very unprofessional. And to top it off the coffee was cold and the restaurant itself stunk like sewer. Won’t recommend this...
