I had a very negative experience with this online store. I purchased three t-shirts and clearly indicated the sizes I needed, but they sent me the wrong sizes. When I reached out for assistance, I was told that I would need to ship the incorrect items back before they would send me the correct sizes. However, I'm leaving for Europe in just a few days and don't have time for an exchange. I even asked if I could come into the store to exchange them directly, but they refused.

I've had a poor experience with this store; I can't recommend it to anyone. They sell jerseys advertised as "authentic", but they are missing half of the badges and sponsor patches. The price is $20-$50 higher than other stores, though the other stores include all of the badges / patches. An authentic jersey should look like the player worn jersey. LA team store cannot meet customer commitments. I ordered a jersey on November 17 and it said that it would ship by December 17. When it did not arrive I contacted them all they could tell me was “sorry”. No offer of discount or perhaps even credit for a small amount. Ruins my Christmas gift. I will never trust this outfit again. Better to shop Fanatics. Never ever again...
