The Big Burger — Restaurant in Carson

I remember when this place 1st opened in the 80's...myyyyy how it has gone downhill regarding customer service. I recently decided to ban this place forever when I had an altercation with the young man on the cash register wanted to act like he was the catch me outside girl. He made a mistake when ringing our order up and instead of him just apologizing he wanted to run off at the mouth. The owner wasn't in and one of the gentlemen I usually always deal with seemed not to have any control over this guy. He started getting loud and cursing which provoked me to get loud and curse back. Like I told the other gentleman, this is how you lose business and loyal customers. The youngster kept screaming he was the manager and kept cursing. I told him he couldn't manage himself let along a small operation like big burger. I now drive to Mom's burgers in Compton. Yes it's a little farther, but at least I don't deal with rude and unprofessional behavior. I also have the option of having cheddar cheese on my burgers, sandwiches and chili cheese fries. Oh when I called the next day to speak with the owner, he shun the entire situation off. This is a negative 1 star. I WOULDN'T EAT HERE AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT! EPIC FAIL...

Alright, so I will not be returning here. The food wasn't terrible but the customer service was. Not only did they get my order wrong, they told me to my face that it was correct when I picked my food up. When I called to complain they were willing to fix the issue. HOWEVER, as I was getting ready to leave my house yet again to go pick up the fixed burger, they called me back saying I needed to bring the messed up burger back with me. Now I'm not someone who's looking to get something for free but I feel like they thought I was lying. And on top of that, it's covid right now and a restaurant shouldn't be taking back food to do what with it? Throw it out personally because their customers are so dishonest? What kind of customer service is that? There's better turkey burger places around...

Seen good reviews here so i decided to stop. Parking lot, alot of business there. No drive thru. Walked in, no one greeted me. 2 people at grill, then was asked my order. I ordered 2 bacon burger combo and 1 lg chili cheese fries. $42. Paid with card. Seating are stools but where tables are are very low and if you have bad knees you will have trouble getting up. Got our food, bags look smalls so i was alittle worried. Got home and opened it. Small burger, small fries, and regular sized drink. I wasn't happy with my food at all.
