It is with great pleasure that I am sharing this information about my experience with Mr. Appliance of Cartersville. I began experiencing heavy frost in my bottom freezer. I live in Rome and called every appliance repair I could find online. The replies were very consistent that they could not help. One company said it would be at least 2 weeks before they could check it out. I couldn’t get the freezer drawer closed so 2 weeks was not an option!!!! My son in law called Mr. Appliance for me and they were here the next day. They replaced the gasket around the drawer and it helped. However, they had to return and replaced the gasket again. The first gasket did not completely solve the problem. Neither one did. They did not give up! They returned as the frost slowly returned. After another trip they discovered that a drain line was clogged and they fixed the problem completely and gave me instructions what I needed to do to prevent this from happening again. I was most impressed with the way they did not give up on me and even called me to ask if they could stop by to check on it. The men were helpful, courteous, and very friendly! My freezer is frost free and I will never hesitate to call Mr. Appliance for any problems with any appliance I own!!! Thank you Terry, Carl...

Terry took great care of me and my family, arriving on time and happy to help us figure out our laundry dryer issue. Not only that, he called many hours before his scheduled appointment time and generously offered a much earlier timeframe, due to an opening he had available. Unfortunately for us both, my work schedule kept us from making the accommodation, but it was appreciated nonetheless. Once he arrived, he made quick work of my appliance and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. After 30 short minutes he had it up and running, during which I learned a great deal about the state of my dryer and further things to keep an eye on. He even helped me clean up the mess I made from trying to figure out the problem myself. His repair quote was very reasonable and knocked off an additional charge for a fuse he put in during his diagnostic process.
