I’ve been coming here for several years. While I don’t think they’re by any means a fancy donut shop, for me and my family and friends they are the best for miles due to quality, freshness, service and price. There’s a reason I give them a 5 star because for me they jelly fill the donuts per order so you get to pick your donut, your jelly or cream filled choice, and I can ask for extra jelly with no problems! I love the chocolate covered donut with extra blueberry or raspberry filling, just delicious!

They also have croissants and pigs in a blanket both plain or jalapano stuffed. They have coffee also (no decaf unfortunately) and other drinks such as OJ and apple juice , etc.

Daylight Donuts is just awesome! My husband and I live in Acworth, but have traveled to Cartersville just to get donuts. Today we're traveling up to Dalton and decided to stop for breakfast. As usual, it was delicious! My husband got the pig in a blanket with jalapeños and a bear claw. I got the pig in a blanket without jalapeños and a cinnamon roll. We also got some donut holes to split. (Don't judge us...we're on vacation, lol!) The young lady behind the counter was courteous and quickly got our goodies together. It's a small shop, but SO much better than the national chains....even the hot...

Im in town for the holidays and visited this place by chance. I ended up going two days in a row. It’s fresh baked and reminds me of bakery items from my childhood. I loved everything and it’s very reasonably priced. We had SEC croissants, HEC croissant, raspberry filled donuts, apple fritter, pig in the blanket, cinnamon roll, and my absolute favorite donut holes. So light, airy, and fresh. You can tell it’s made with love and good quality ingredients. The staff were very professional and polite. I’m so sad they are not open...
