Had been working all day, skipped lunch and had thought about stopping and getting a pizza save wings after an extraordinary stressful day. I arrived nearly three hours before close. My son's mother and I were discussing some heated topics, she's a amazing woman but we always end up arguing admittedly mostly my fault. I paced around the parking lot for several minutes before I hung up and pushed open the door, which seemed to have had tape on it that easily snapped and I walked to the counter to have the entire staff avoid looking towards me. My confusion was interrupted by a young woman who appeared behind mw holding a mop and, wearing a vivid expression and tapestry of anger and disgust and immediately in the most disrespectful, insulting and unprofessional uncouth southern accent common to these parts demanding "dining room is closed and get out and use drive thru".
I was shocked this teenage employee of a pizza place was showing me such disrespect I didn't know what to say. Instead i looked around the relatively clean floor and then up to get nasty face and asked "why". That set her off and I turned away from her and yelled for service.
I young man covered in tattoos that appeared to be picked up in some process of crininal justice system or perhaps a low IQ classmate or high IQ toddler, walked up to offer no explination or apology and looking up and exposing? He mumbled i could order and took my money and gave change all without making any eye contact or saying more than a handful of recognizable words. I was asked to wait outside which i did.
Hot and ready items were on tenn minutes of the horrid young woman having a conversation with a Hispanic employee who shook his head save started at me while she gyrated and laughed recalling our confrontation.
This continued for another 5 minutes before i reentered the building and demanded a refund which the cheap graffiti tatoo c covered manager dutifully provided. An elderly woman open the the door and walked behind me smmiling. I left as she was being told by cheap face tattoo manage dutifully convoluted.
I turned to her holding nothing and smiled and said this is...
Read moreMy last visit was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 5 items, 1 cheese pizza, 1 order of crazy bread, 3 pep cheese puff combos which includes 3 pizza sauces. This was a mobile order btw. At 3:41 the app said the order was in the oven. I arrived at 3:52 and asked the clerk if I could go ahead and get the pizza and crazy bread so I could give it to my mom and my son that was waiting on pizza so they could go to the park. They both were clearly hot and ready. He told me that my order was in the oven and that I would have to wait, he turned around and walked off. I saw my crazy bread and pizza be boxed and pushed to the side with several other boxe. This was around 4:20. I sent my mom to the park and told her I would bring it to the park. I was not planning on going to the park, I wanted a much needed break. I waited 15 minutes and asked about my order and the clerk informed me that it was still cooking. I watch the cook put my order together and stick it in the warmer. 4:35 I had to raise my voice to get anyone's attention. They had several people clocking in. The cook came over and just stared at me while I was asking why I was waiting 40 minutes for cold food when their business is built on hot and ready. I opened the cheese pizza and grabbed it like a mad hungry woman and told him it was cold. He just looked at me with a blank expression. I leave and get half way to the park and check ther order and guess what! No pizza sauce!! I paid $3 extra dollars for the sauce. 40 something minutes + the time before leaving my house and I get a cold messed up order... No more little...
Read moreI'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this is the worst place I've ever eaten. I've gotten food from here twice, and both times have been terrible experiences.
On the first occasion, a couple weeks ago, I went through the drive thru to get some crazy bread and crazy sauce. They told me it would be a 15 minute wait, so I paid and parked. 45 minutes later, I went back through the drive thru (it was empty) to check on things. The guy at the window scoffed at me and told me I hadn't ordered. I showed him my receipt, to which he responded by grabbing it out of my hands and walking away without saying anything. About 5 minutes later, he came back and told me to go park and that it'd be out in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, a different worker came out to my car, shoved a bag of crazy bread through my window, and rushed away before I could say anything. Upon opening it, there was no seasoning on it at all and it was cold, in addition to them completely forgetting my sauce. After waiting over an hour and putting up with rude service, I decided to cut my losses and just leave.
On the most recent occasion, I ordered through Door Dash. I actually waited less time than when I had gone in person. The pizza I ordered was good and the crazy bread was delicious as well (and warm), but when I dipped it into the crazy sauce, I had to spit it out. The sauce they'd given me had very clearly gone bad. It looked fine, but upon closer inspection it smelled sour, and had a rancid taste.
I cannot recommend this...
