I got samosas from this store ... the pastry part was raw ( undercooked )... regarding the customer service .. the person at the sales point was chatting with his friend instead of checking out the next customer in line ... I mean I understand that you know the person well or he might be your coworker you might want to treat him well ... but it should not be at the expense of other customers .... regarding bagging the groceries for heaven sake please don’t try to stuff everything in just one bag .. I understand that we all want to make profit but please don’t do it by cutting the bags ... by the time I carried the groceries to my car one of the bag got ripped , well this is what happens when you put a full time IT guy at the point of sale ... they all are just motived to make money nothing else ... don’t care...

Very bad experience. A few times now, the produce has been such bad quality and they don’t stand by their product. Recently, bought a box of mangoes that were not ripe at that point. The lady said that they will ripen in a few days and were excellent quality. But instead all the mangoes turned from green to black and bitter in taste- never had an entire box go bad without ripening. I tried to give feedback but they aren’t even open to that. The manager wouldn’t even come on the phone. It’s not the first time but we’ve had enough now. Would rather drive further to a larger store with better...
