Seriously rude. I had an appointment here at 10:30 AM, which was confirmed and also got a reminder. I guess I should have given THEM a reminder, because when I got there at 10:25 AM, all the techs were busy and two young walk-ins were waiting. A lady waiting for her grandkid told me that they were walk-ins and had been waiting about 15 minutes. That should have told me something right there. I told "the guy" -- manager -- when he asked me what I was there for that I had a 10:30 AM appointment and that I had been confirmed and reminded. No response, so I sat down, and sat, and sat. A scruffy guy came out to service one of the walk ins around 10:20 and I piped up, saying I had an appointment. I was told to talk with the manager (the guy). I did and was ignored. He kept working on some woman's hand massage. Waited another 10 minutes and finally "went postal" on them. The manager would not speak to me, apologize, address me in any shape or form, or even make eye contact with me. I left and went to Noir where I got a great pedi and did not wait. These jerks lost a person who would become a regular customer had she been treated politely and offered an apology. I've never been treated that way in all my years of visiting nail salons. I am presuming that they just started taking all the walk-ins as they came, with no regard for the appointments. Penny wise and pound...
Read moreI made an appointment with Mimi for 1p to fix a nail which was gel and American French. I got there as a walk in arrived with toe polish change and gel fill in. After waiting about 10 min with nothing said to me, a guy came out and sat down said nothing and started to file all my nails. I told him for the second time I only wanted a nail repair. He did not say anything else to me for the rest of the time. He answered my two questions extremely rudely and although the web site states nail repair is only $5 he insisted it was $10.00 due to having an American french polish on one nail. I have been getting my nails done for years and I am a nurse of over 40 years. To put the gel on my nail he stuck my finger in the jar several times and put a liquid on each time and then filed it all down. If nothing else this is a very unsanitary way to do nails or anything for that matter. I would hate to know how many other people's hands were put in the same jar!!!!!!! I am aware this site has excellent reviews. My experience would be rated minus 10 if that...
Read moreI am a new customer to Harmony nails and spa, one of my best friends recommended it to me (she has been going to the owner for years) and I am now a customer for life. It is absolutely one of the best nail salons I have been to ever. Their facility in located in the adorable quaint little neighborhood, right outside the facility is a courtyard that is perfect for relaxing after a nice mani pedi. Inside is a beautiful, well lit by natural lighting and one of the cleanest places I have ever been too. The owners and staff members are so great, they are personable and treat you as if you have been going there for years. I walked out unbelievably happy with the way my nails came out, hue and his wife did an amazing job on my acrylic fill and helped me find exactly the color I have been searching for for months (put in neutral by OPI). Pricing is great and they have a points system to earn discounts, ten out of ten...
