Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cary

This is my second time coming to Papa John’s, and once again, the service and food were top-notch! The guy there is truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always providing service with a smile. My order was prepared perfectly and right on time, showing just how well he understands the importance of both quality and customer satisfaction.

I have to rave about their chicken Parmesan bites because they’re the reason I keep coming back! Each bite is an explosion of flavor the tender, juicy chicken is cooked to perfection, with a crispy golden breading that has the perfect crunch. The Parmesan coating gives a savory richness, and the way the cheese melts into the chicken creates this creamy, indulgent layer that’s irresistible. The garlic seasoning adds a little extra kick that takes the whole experience to another level.

Paired with their marinara sauce for dipping, the balance of flavors is just incredible. Every bite is so satisfying crispy, cheesy, and packed with savory goodness. If you’re a fan of chicken or Parmesan, these are an absolute must-try!

On Friday October 13th, I placed a to go order online for pickup and it was scheduled to be done just after 7PM. I arrived at 7:15 and proceeded to wait until 8:15 for my order to be ready and continously told it was coming out the oven (but refused to actually look on the staging table to confirm). There were patrons and food delivery services all waiting and anywhere from 10 to 20 people at a time the hour I was there. After a while people started walking to the table where orders were being placed and started grabbing there food and walking out. A PJ delivery driver walked in and took control of the situation and got the whole situation organized and to come to realize my order was sitting there THE ENTIRE TIME! The incompetent employee that was originally helping everyone never even looked for my order. Shout out to the delivery driver (no name tag) for knowing how to take charge and control a situation, he needs a promotion and recognition for his efforts. Nearly everyone else in there needs to be fired because that situation was so ridiculous. Of course as you can guess, my food was completely cold after sitting out...

WORST PIZZA DELIVERY IN RDU!!! Ordered delivery twice from this location. First time after two hours I called. The pizza was delivered according to the manager. It never got here but the driver said it was. So the manager took the drivers side basically calling me a liar.I asked for a replacement but they said they were closed and could only offer a refund. How generous. Second time was tonight. Pizza was out for delivery for over 30 minutes. So guess what I got? If you guessed cold cardboard you guessed right. Stay far away from this location. Just toss tomato sauce on cardboard boxes after waiting 2 hours. It may be better. Definitely not up to Papa...
