What a great place! We went here on a whim thinking that, for sure, They would be too expensive... Instead we ended up getting pretty much all of our furniture right here! Lori and the whole crew were friendly, professional and extremely low (no!) pressure throughout the buying process... Which for us was two or three weeks of going back and forth to them and several other stores trying to figure out exactly what we wanted. We even took a trip out to furniture land south because we had heard that was a great place to buy furniture at a good price... Don't waste your time. The exact same furniture was LITERALLY double the price of what we saw at Cooper's. We ended up getting a sofa and 2 chairs (with up graded fabric!) at Cooper's for the price of the sofa alone at Furnitureland South! By all means do your homework, look around, find what you like...but I would encourage everyone to stop at Cooper's before buying just to see what they offer. Not only their high quality furniture but take advantage of their great design advice! In fact, we just spent this weekend trying to find end tables all up and down Glenwood avenue hitting all of the furniture stores... And we're headed back to Cooper's next week to buy the tables we saw there. We thought they were a little on the expensive side... but after looking around they're really not... And on top of that the quality is way better than what we saw at Havertys, Bassett, Rooms to Go, Ashley... And a few other smaller furniture stores...

Read moreI bought a sectional from Copper’s Furniture Store because the price looked good. Big mistake. The couch took 5 weeks to arrive, even though they promised 10 days. When it finally showed up, one of the pieces was the wrong size and didn’t even connect to the rest of the sectional.
I called customer service, and they told me to “just use it as a chair until the right piece comes in.” Three more weeks later, they delivered the correct piece, but it was a completely different fabric.
At this point, my living room looked like I owned two random couches stuck together. Copper’s said I could return everything, but I’d have to pay a 20% “restocking fee.” So now I’m out money and stuck with a mismatched couch....
