I grab breakfast most mornings because it is on the way to work. Normally they are very friendly and the food is good. Occasionally they mess it up, mistakes happen. I even let it slide when the order I get daily comes out to a slightly different price sometimes.
This past week I have had several issues with getting the order right. When I get to work and find out, I just eat what I was given since it was close to what I ordered. Wrong meat, no tomatoes (that I paid for) and the biscuits are kind of over done (brown)
This morning I verified my order was correct on the drive thru screen and pulled up to pay. I was given a total, then my food and my card back. No "thank you" or any other pleasantries. I pull away and am immediately called back by the server at the window. I back up and she tries to hand me a drink. I explained I did not have a drink and checked my bag for the three items I asked for. Seemed OK, but when I get to work I find they got the meat wrong and I paid for Grits instead of Gravy causing me to drive back to correct the order.
I return get my meal corrected and several staff members start calling out my order to the back to get it corrected and call out the wrong thing again. I have to correct them several times so it would come out right. At no point did they offer to do anything other than complete my order again. The staff member who brought my food up offhandedly said "they would look into it." They weren't rude, but seemed to lack any understanding of making things right or how to take care of a customer.
I'd say I'm done with Bojangles, but I do enjoy the food. It's certainly off the menu for quite a while. If I do return it won't be this location.

They charged me for (2) 4 PC supremes, but I ended up with( 2) 3pcs for a 4pc price And hard dry biscuits. I was at home when I realized their wrong order and mental challenge. They took my food through the window and that made me feel uneasy because it took a while to make the order right. They used their bare hands to dig in and look around my food boxes then handed them back after I had to continue making them understand what was wrong, the receipt says 4 pcs but each box held only 3 pcs. Then some guy with medium sized dreds goes well we fixed the order what else do you want.. these type of people don't understand customer service nor should they be paid any more than an 8$wage. That's crazy work. So frustrating and irritation having to accept being treated in the wrong manner and understanding that they may be suffering a mental block and need to be rethought how to serve fries and biscuits. I wish there was a way to take away the irritation and being rubbed the wrong way by this experience. While I was sitting at the drive through window waiting for my order, I watched a Bojangles employee use a rag to clean up spilled liquid on the floor. After he was done cleaning the liquid on the floor he then used that same rag to wipe the entire counter top where they place all the food when dinning inside. After heās done whipping the counter, he then proceeds to start making someoneās order without washing his hands first. I notify the girl at the drive through window what I just saw and she didnāt seem to surprised or concerned , she calls over the manager/supervisor and I tell him what I just saw and he also doesnāt seem to concerned. He tells the employee to go wash his hands and literally I watched that man go āwash his handsā and came right back around the corner within seconds. Iām pretty sure he didnāt use any soap.
This is the closest Bojangles near my house Iām saddened to say but after witnessing what I saw tonight (4/16/2019). I will no longer be eating from the location. A couple extra miles to Popeyes it is for me when Iām craving fast food fried...
