I have never seen such a high level of incompetent disrespectful management members and employees. Sandy & Jake should not be in management positions. The cashier Liz checked us out yesterday. When my wife inserted our bank card, Liz's screen said approved and for some reason she said my wife had to put her card back in. The seconds time Liz had my wife put her card in, it came back saying declined, duplicate transaction. She then wanted us to pay again once the first transaction said approved. We informed her that we were already charged and she called for a manager. Sandy then comes up and says she has to go to the back to see if we were charged. In the 15 minute wait, we were already on the phone with our bank confirming we were charged. Sandy finally comes back and says we weren't charged and there's nothing she can do. Today we go on our bank app and confirm we were charged and the transaction was final. We printed it off, went back to Kohls to have the GM Jake tell my wife there is nothing he can do and tells her "It's not the end of the world". NEVER will my family shop at Kohls again! We will be contacting corporate, the Attorney General and BBB with video and confirmation of our bank...

Get to the register and get wrung up while LP lurks by the register. Then the cashier leaves a security tag after I pay and I have to come back and she says she must have forgot one and she needs to remove it so I donโt get accused of stealing. Nice job at making me so uncomfortable I decided I was done shopping and now even more so dissatisfied with the petty profiling and experience. Next time ask if Iโm finding everything ok?! Update talked to manager and they donโt have a women LP. Then who was following me around and why!? Iโm sorry but Kohlโs needs to train their employees. Leaving security tags on when your customer isnโt Caucasian is obviously an issue because both times by the same associate security tags were left on one item and then jokingly say oh letโs get it off so you arenโt accused of stealing (all while, I assume a woman employee was standing near by after following me around while I shopped). Iโve never have had any issues like this...
