I would just like to report that we placed an order for the drive-through about 8:45 in the evening and it was incorrect. Sadly, we do live about 30 minutes from this Culver’s. We did call that evening to let them know that it was incorrect; the order was for my autistic son, so the food was absolutely not edible because they were onions. This was not OK because he could smell everything even when we picked them off, so I called as soon as I was able to that evening and I talked to a supervisor, and they were going to have the owner call me or email me or reach out whenever he was able to get the message. I’ve called many times I spoke to Marcus and I spoke to Stacy both of which are very nice people they reached out to the owner and I still haven’t heard anything nor have I gotten my $30 refund. I would like my $30 cash refund as I paid in cash. It has been now almost 7days . He still hasn’t reached out to me with this refund. I will update once I get my refund. I hope that will be soon as of right now, I am extremely disappointed in this family owned franchise. The owner is absolutely aware of what is going and that’s not good business. How does sidenote, I did keep the food for a few days it Was absolutely untouched and then when I spoke to one of the supervisors, she told me I can throw it away I did so again I’m just very disappointed that the family run business has not reached out. I mean we’re very good customers and I find that very disappointing again. I will update once I receive a refund. Update from owner Joe, his employees do not make mistakes! No refund. He said the order receipt was correct! Which blows my mind! We specifically said no certain condiments! The receipt did not reflect that, so obviously we never said that! We saved the food for days until his manager Stacey told us to throw it away!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. WILL REPORT...
Read moreI am posting another update on my visit.. Still have not received anything that was promised for having such a bad experience with the food I ordered that I had to throw away. I guess my bad experience was blown off again. The end consumers are not a priority. Return business must not on there priority list.. This is a very sad thing due to being a small town.
Ok I have an update.. I was contacted by the district manager.. I was told that the Manager of this location would and should get with me about the horrible experience I had and would make it right COPY OF COMUNICATIONS... Jill, I sincerely apologize your visit was so terrible! I was reaching out to ensure you had been contacted by Casa Grande's General Manager. We want to make this right for you and I want to ensure you are taken care of.

He outright doesn't care about the end consumers.. So I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy....

Read moreThe Culver's franchise owner in the city where I live - Sierra Vista, AZ - has set such a high bar for Culver's service and food quality, I almost feel sorry for the other stores of the same name.
I consider this location to be average, which isn't bad - but it isn't especially good, either. On the positive side, the food was prepared well. Foods that are supposed to be warm were warm, cold foods were cold, and it was all appropriately flavorful. All parts of the meal meet what I assume the Culver's standards to be. Time from order to delivery to my car was just short of 4 minutes, which isn't bad. The cashier was pleasant, as was the carhop (are they even still called that?).
So, why 3 stars? It seems like my home store has staff that seem more pleasant, and who take and treat my order like it was their own. I don't feel like they are rushing to get through me to take the next person. The hot food seemed hotter, the cold food was colder...
As is typical with any of my reviews, 3-stars is not a statement to either "stay away from" or to "run over to" a place. I mean it for just this: if you want a Culver's burger, this restaurant should take...
