Because our family has a peanut allergy, I called beforehand to check on their Dole Whip machine as we’ve had positive experiences with this specific ice cream at other shops. I felt the need to share on here that our experience at Frosty Boy Cascade was just as wonderful, especially with the genuine customer service we received from Nora. She not only was helpful with answering my questions but even offered to check the ingredients and made sure precautions were in place when preparing our child’s ice cream. Who doesn’t love ice cream? Stumbled upon Frosty Boy (1 of 2 locations) after dinner nearby.

Came at the end of the night and there was plenty of staff for a Saturday- mostly teenaged servers who were friendly and seemed genuinely enjoying their gig which kind of gives off a nice vibe.

I had the key lime pie with plenty of flavor and chunks of graham crust strewn into the well portioned small cone.

Left feeling like the kid I was half a decade ago when my parents would take us out for a dip....

I wish I had pictures to share. So many options available between ice cream, sides and even dinner options. I've been trying to be healthy and took my family out for ice cream. I tried a frozen sugar free yogurt, way better than any SF ice cream I've ever had. I believe hand scooped is hudsonville. There's something about their soft serve that just seems better as well....
