Jamnbean Coffee Company — Restaurant in Cascade Charter Township

Been driving by here for years and finally decided to give it a try. We got there and it was slightly busy, with about 6-8 people in front of us. The order line went at a decent rate and we placed our order after about 10 minutes of waiting. We ordered a large chocolate malt and orange cream. Which I assumed was a shake. We then proceeded to the wait line where we waited for another 20 minutes before receiving our order. If the drinks would have been decent I would have given 4 stars. The orange cream was really watery with not a ton of orange flavor. It also didn't come with whipped cream, which was shown in the picture. My husband's large malt definitely needed more malt and was made with chocolate soft serve instead of vanilla. Both were smaller in size than expected. For $5.00 my orange cream, that only came in one size, was 14 oz and the LARGE, $5.75 chocolate malt, came in a 16 oz cup. Needless to say, too many strikes against them and we will not...

The Jam'n Bean Coffee Company EXPERIENCE changed the way we viewed (and drank!) coffee. With Jam'n Bean, we were given a complimentary "show 'n tell" with their coffee, which included learning more about the drink we have everyday, tasting different coffees from around the world, and learning there really is a huge difference when it comes to what beans you are drinking from. We have been coming back to Jam'n Bean since our wedding to buy authentic, great tasting coffee beans for our morning routines.

Other than the coffee, Jam'n Bean did an amazing job packaging our Customized Blend for the party favors. We received multiple compliments on not just the taste of the coffee, but also the package as a whole.

We definitely recommend experiencing Jam'n Bean for your wedding, or at least stopping in at one of the shops to get a taste of some...

I have never had Ice Cream that tasted so bad! I asked for a Cotton Candy flavored shake. The owner made it and asked how it was ... and I told him he should take it off the menu because I have never had ice cream this bad before (in a friendly way NOT a rude way). No refund was offered... I should have asked.

Honestly, go to Frosty Boy instead they have good ice cream and they have NEVER served a low quality product. It is very clear that the owner opened an ice cream place after seeing Frosty Boy's success with no consideration to serving quality products. If you do not do something right do not...
