Not only did the technician strip one of the screws inside my phone—making future repairs a nightmare—but they initially tried to brush it off as “normal wear.” That’s not just unprofessional, it’s lazy. When I pointed it out, Taylor, the manager, did eventually offer to replace my phone, but the replacement will take five days—an unnecessary inconvenience for a problem they caused.
