My husband asked for 2 packs of Marlboro Red cigarettes which are the most common. He was given Marlboro special blend. He took a step outside and i said they aren't what you asked for. Took them back in an could not return them because he stepped outside store. Well i guess the clerk should know what she is selling. She sold them to him because she didnt have Marlboro Reds. They would not return them I had them call the manager Jen but she said that's their policy. So giving people the wrong item and then not letting them return them is their policy.
