Dollar General — Local services in Catawissa

My husband asked for 2 packs of Marlboro Red cigarettes which are the most common. He was given Marlboro special blend. He took a step outside and i said they aren't what you asked for. Took them back in an could not return them because he stepped outside store. Well i guess the clerk should know what she is selling. She sold them to him because she didnt have Marlboro Reds. They would not return them I had them call the manager Jen but she said that's their policy. So giving people the wrong item and then not letting them return them is their policy. I asked for the district manager number and the clerk gave me a bogus number for the district manager. Not a fan of that...

This store needs an over all change in management and employees. There a few good ones but most could not careless about the customers, checking out, keeping store clean or organized. The place is a train wreck. The self check out and point of sale system is absolutely garbage. Fortunately for this place it's the only place close.
