I would give less than one star, but there is no option. I had a microblading service done by her a few months ago which granted was not offered at her shop at that point. She was getting experience. However, her mentor was not present at the service and as I would come to find out, she left training earlier than usual PMU artists do from training. I went to the service which was done in a small, dark basement of her house. She mapped them out, which looked some-what okay. After that, she got numbing cream (which did not work at all) and waited 15 minutes. She rushed through the whole service, not to mention she did not use gloves at all which was entirely unsanitary— her nails were practically in my eye. My brows were done at a hack job, and she tried to tell me they’d look better healed, and the places where the ink was outside my brow, she tried to tell me “that will fade, and go away”. It infact did not, my eyebrows were uneven and wonky. Thankfully her mentor, Jade, was nice enough to do a removal and a correction. She was supposed to show up to get more training but she never did, nor reached out to get feedback. Please skip yourself the headache and if she ever offers it, do NOT get it done. I wish she offered me my $160 back but that she did not do either. Maybe if she did, I wouldn’t have wrote this review. Collyn cut my hair recently and I absolutely love it. I have gone to many other salons with pictures and descriptions of the style I want, and they have never turned out how I hoped. I gave Collyn just a broad description, thinking that I just needed my hair cut and wasn't going to be too concerned about style - he managed to give me the haircut I have been trying to get for years! As their FIRST piercing customer I have nothing but great praises for them, and trust me they earned it! Elizabeth was very competent and handled my thickly scarred eyebrow with gentle ease. It's day three of having the new ring in and swelling and sensitivity are minimal even when I press on the area! Love it!
