DG Market — Local services in Cave City

If somewhere in the vast universe, something exist that could possibly be any better than good, ole fashioned, southern hospitality; like something in some weird, solar system in a galaxy far, far away.... then, go there! Seriously. Go. Enjoy it.... You can even write up a review, if you take the notion. I'll probably, maybe, I doubt it - but maybe, I'll read about it. I'll read that review, and offer an edit correction, because you're probably just down the street at the Watermill Restaurant! Honestly, this location wasn't always nearly as awesome as it is now, since Manager, Misty Bailey took over and whipped that store right into shape! There is almost always a line of good people waiting to check out. But... the wait is never long. And if you really think about it; what could be a better sign that you've came to the right place? Top- notch staff makes all the difference in the world. You're more than likely to change your view about your local Dollar General... your high regard will probably become more like indifference, if not full contempt. Geez, lighten up, right? Honestly, being my local dollar gen, I can't say enough about the awesome personnel they lucked up with. It's like a short, impromptu visit with an old friend, or neighbor. I most definitely appreciate them. ...

It sometimes has what you need and sometimes it doesn't. If you find it there's no price for it. If you do find it in the clearance area, still no prices or it's more than it states on the shelf. I usually go somewhere else cheaper or more organized. Here's the bad part. There's no A/C to go with long lines! This place needs organized and restocked and the A/C fixed. Sometimes there's one cashier and no one to help her. Poor thing. The short lady needs a raise dealing with what she deals with in that store. Anyway as far as everything else it's ok, nothing like the one in Glasgow on Happy Valley. Best to take that drive to get...

Went to Walmart in Glasgow to pick up an item, which they did not have in stock. I stopped at the new Dollar General. In Glasgow to see if they have the item. And they had so many boxes piled up down the aisles. I could not get to it when I ask for. Assistance I was told. We can get to that without moving everything down the aisle. Traveling Through Cave City I stopped. And as I went in the door I asked if they could tell me if they had the item. I was looking for the lady took me immediately to it. Got my item.
